Taking Her Chase is an easy read.
Chase and Harmony has been best friends for years. As the years past they both began to see each other in a different light. They are hesitant to test the waters scared that if a romantic relationship doesn’t work this will ruin their friendship.
I found Chase and Harmony to be annoying at times. It was frustrating and I wanted to yell at them “Just tell each other how you feel already.” Even the sub-characters became annoyed by them. They both had issues from actions by parentage , which made them both insecure. No one talked they just jumped to conclusions and lashed out irrationally.
Overall Taking Her Chase was an easy read. The plot was good, but I don’t feel it was developed enough. The story left a lot of unfinished answers. You knew from the beginning of the book an idea of where the story was heading. Although you knew what the ending would most likely be, in between there are points of suspense, mystery and laughter.
